Consultation Types:

Developing an Efficient Writing Process: Writing fellows will work with the student to organize their approach to their paper and make an action plan. 
Selecting a Thesis: The student will receive help narrowing in on and selecting a thesis.  

Structuring Your Paper: Writing fellows will discuss with the student possible sections for their paper and will work with the student to develop an appropriate paper outline.

Technical Editing: Students can receive assistance with grammar, style, and clarity throughout their paper.

Citing Bluebook: Writing fellows are available to aid students in citing the Bluebook properly.

Preparing Writing Samples: Writing fellows can help students determine what writing samples to use for both employment and/or judicial clerkship applications, along with assisting students in preparing the materials that will also be submitted with the sample (i.e. cover letters).

Polishing Resumes and Cover Letters: Students will be guided through the process of preparing their resumes and cover letters for any kind of application.

Publishing Your Paper: Students can receive guidance throughout the publishing process and assistance with the additional materials required for publication (i.e. abstracts, cover letters, etc.).
