Faculty Profile

Mary Hales Hoagland Joined BYU Law as the director of Career Services in 1993. She served as associate dean of Career Services and Alumni Relations and later as assistant dean of External Relations at BYU until she retired in 2016. Hoagland taught professional development lecture and skills classes and initiated the Private Sector Externship Program and the Developing Pathway Mentoring Program.
