Faculty Profile

Prior to joining BYU’s Law School as a research fellow, Charity Wyatt was a senior associate in the Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits group of, most recently, Latham & Watkins, LLP and previously Debevoise & Plimpton LLP. She received her BA from BYU and her JD from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she served as an executive editor on the Virginia Law Review. Wyatt’s research interests include executive compensation and employment law.
