Welcome to the Corporate Law Society! Our goal is to introduce you to corporate law in all shapes and sizes, including specialties, litigation, and transactional work in large, mid-sized, and small/boutique firms. The Corporate Law Society maintains a forum for networking with premier companies and firms. Additionally, the Corporate Law Society provides information about which law school courses will best prepare you for a practice in corporate law after graduation.
