In Newfoundland and Labrador, we’re lucky to have plenty of space. From the vastness of the ocean to our seemingly endless forests, both the locals and the tourists have come to expect their own elbow room. Of course, here in St. John’s that space may be getting smaller. With a low vacancy rate and plenty of developments popping up all over the city, finding a great place to call home is getting scarce. Maybe not Manhattan scarce, but limited nonetheless.
